MD Wear and Carry (CCW) Course

Our concealed firearm course has gained significant popularity in light of recent changes to Maryland’s laws.

On June_ 23, 2022, former Governor Larry Hogan relaxed the state’s licensing requirements for carrying a concealed handgun by suspending the “substantial reason” clause needed to obtain a concealed carry permit. This adjustment enables more Maryland residents to exercise their Second Amendment rights for personal protection. Our course is designed to equip you with the responsibility that comes with carrying a firearm daily. With small class sizes, we ensure personalized attention, focusing on safety and sharing invaluable insights.

During this course, you will learn essential knowledge and skills, including:
 *Basic gun safety rules
 *Choosing the right firearm
 *Legal responsibilities and liabilities of carrying a firearm
 *Techniques for concealed carry
 *Marksmanship and shooting skills
 *Firearm maintenance and cleaning
 *Situational awareness and threat assessment
 *De-escalation and conflict resolution strategies

This all-encompassing training will empower you to make informed decisions and carry your concealed firearm with confidence and safety.

Certificate: You will receive a qualified MD Wear and Carry training certificate (for a concealed carry permit).

All training tools and pistols free of charge at the gun range. Please do not bring your pistols and ammo to the classroom portion.
