Basic Pistol with Maryland HQL (Handgun Qualification License)

This course builds on the basic knowledge the state of Maryland requires. Not only will we cover the fundamentals for safe and effective use of a handgun. You will learn safe handling, proper grip, and effective shooting techniques. Additionally, learn about the various types of handguns, caliber, and size of handguns available to you. You will then have the opportunity to try various types and calibers of handguns, as well as range time.

Completion of this course will satisfy the requirement for you to be able to purchase a handgun in Maryland.
